New DNI takes a whack at DHS cybersecurity

Dennis Blair says DHS has "not stepped up to the plate" on cyber security so NSA should expand its role. I'm an alum of both, so I'll reserve comment. But I do have to note that appointees taking their turf fights to the press instead of the Pres is not a good sign this early in the administration.
